Express Facility Management SA was founded in 1999, as an inspiration of the person who’ is legal representative and manages the company since the year of it’s establishment, Apostolos Chaltsios.
The company based in Thessaloniki and owning a branch in Athens, is now expanding its activity throughout Greece, undertaking successfully important and special projects such as hospitals, banks and shopping centers. Since 1999, the company has swan an upward evolution, developing new techniques, applying contemporary services and improving existing ones. It is also remarkable that during last six years, Εxpress Facility Management accomplished a significant rise in its turnover. This success is due to the teamwork, hard work and consistency developed by each working member of the great team #expressfacilityteam.
The company’s policy is to ensure high quality services provided in every sector it undertakes. The key to achieve the company’s target relies on the proper, timely organization, design and supervision of each project since its onset and in its ability to resolve immediately any arising issue during the implementation.
Finally, the company has strongly developed infrastructure, high-tech equipment and excellent organization both in the administrative and in the technoeconomic sector.
